The amount shown by the instant offer tool is an estimated range based on the year, make, model, and condition you enter. It is not a binding offer. A firm offer is given by phone after we confirm your vehicle's details, and can change if the vehicle's actual condition, completeness, or paperwork differs from what was described.

You agree that the details you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are the legal owner of the vehicle (or authorized to sell it), and that the vehicle is free of undisclosed liens.

Towing is free within Staten Island & Brooklyn, NY for vehicles we agree to purchase. Pickup windows are estimates and may shift due to traffic, weather, or dispatch volume. The vehicle must be accessible to a tow truck and, where required, you must have permission for us to remove it from the property.

You must provide a valid photo ID and, where required by New York law, the vehicle title or acceptable alternative documentation. We can advise on no-title situations, but we may decline a purchase if ownership cannot be established. You are responsible for removing plates and cancelling registration and insurance after the sale.

Remove all personal property before pickup. We are not responsible for items left in a vehicle once it has been loaded.

Payment is made at the time of pickup, after the vehicle and paperwork are verified. The sale is final once payment is handed over and the vehicle is loaded.

Either side may cancel before pickup at no cost. Call (718) 702-3135 as early as possible so we can release the truck.
