Vehicle discussions are not final offers
Vehicle information discussed by phone or through this website does not create a binding purchase agreement. After we review the vehicle and required paperwork, we explain the offer and pickup process. Terms may change if the vehicle's actual condition, completeness, access, or paperwork differs from what was described.
Accurate information
You agree that the details you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are the legal owner of the vehicle (or authorized to sell it), and that the vehicle is free of undisclosed liens.
Pickup and towing
Pickup may be provided at no additional charge for eligible vehicle purchases withinStaten Island & Brooklyn, NY. Pickup windows are estimates and may shift due to traffic, weather, or scheduling. The vehicle must be accessible to a tow truck and, where required, you must have permission for us to remove it from the property.
Title and paperwork
You must provide valid photo identification and acceptable ownership documentation. Some vehicles may be eligible for purchase without a title depending on ownership documentation and New York requirements. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
Personal belongings
Remove all personal property before pickup. We are not responsible for items left in a vehicle once it has been loaded.
Payment
Payment is provided at pickup for eligible purchases after the vehicle and required paperwork are reviewed. The payment method and final terms are explained before scheduling.
Cancellation
Either side may cancel before pickup at no cost. Call (347) 248-6259 as early as possible so we can release the truck.
Communications consent
By submitting a form on this site you agree that we may contact you by phone or text about your vehicle at the number provided. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability related to this website and any quote is limited to the agreed purchase price of the vehicle. This site is provided as-is without warranties of any kind.
